Regardless of their color and style, there is just one thing about these rugs that is not modern: Each is painstakingly handcrafted by artisans using time-honored techniques.
- Rug Pad recommended (sold separately)
- Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months.
- Ships tightly rolled in a protective bag. Any slight creasing will disappear within a few days.
- Handmade rugs have a consistency and a shine which may affect the rug's color. The colors of a rug will appear either several shades lighter or darker depending on where the viewer is standing in relation to the rug.

30 Days to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Most New and Unused
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.
45 Days to Receive Returned Items
We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.
Errors & Defects
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Mattress Returns (Standard)
Unless otherwise specified, mattresses and mattress sets are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately upon receiving.
