Rug Care:
- Easy to maintain with just a sweep or hose down with mild soap and water
- Temporary creases may occur during packing and shipping but will flatten out after a week on the floor
- Please note that due to differences in monitors, rug colors may vary slightly. Lengths and widths may also vary from published dimensions.

You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.
Errors & Defects
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Mattress Returns (Standard)
Unless otherwise specified, mattresses and mattress sets are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately upon receiving.
