Bake, Serve, and Prep your freshly baked pizza with the Innovative Kitchen Pizza Set, featuring the Two-in-One Baking Stone & Proofing Lid and the Three-in-One Pizza Cutter.
Choosing the right materials for the right bakes is crucial. Made from Terracotta, the Innovative Kitchen Baking Stone & Proofing Lid has a gray external glaze and an unglazed interior baking surface, which allows the stone to gradually heat up and give an even, all-around bake. Unglazed terracotta soaks in liquid, which draws moisture away from bread doughs, giving crispier crusts.
To use as a proofing lid, place the unglazed surface down on top of any 12” or smaller mixing bowl so that it forms a seal over the bowl, allowing dough to proof for the first rising without using single use bowl covers such as cling film.
The 14” Pizza Cutter is a three-in-one cutter with the capability to measure spaghetti and strip herbs. Its stainless steel blade is the perfect length for any large slice.
Baking Stone/Proofing Lid and Pizza Cutter are hand wash only.
