Story Behind the Art:
'My grandfather had a collection of little boxes and from these was born the idea that one day I would make something similar. I continued studying and doing my work, and I have some cousins who are also dedicated to artisanship, encouraging me even more. The spark was ultimately lit when my mother, upon seeing how much I liked woodwork, began giving me videos, both from Mexico and other parts of the world, demonstrating how to elaborate different types of work.'
