The GSE gym climbing rope is made from durable braided polyester for the best grip, designed with a metal eye fitting for easy installation to the ceiling. Heat-shrunk vinyl sleeves covering the end of the rope. The rope is 1.5" in diameter, 6ft to 30ft in length. You can attach it to any fixed point to do climbing exercise and strength training, used indoors or outdoors.
