White Glove Mattress deliveries require a 4-hour window to complete delivery; this includes carrying the mattress inside, unpacking it, simple set-up in the designated room, and removal of the packaging. Removal of your old mattress may be available for an additional fee. Arrangements should be made directly with your freight carrier.

Unless otherwise specified, mattresses and mattress sets are not returnable unless defective or damaged. Please notify us of any damage/defects immediately upon receiving.
