An excellent addition to your Pilates practice, the padded jump board adds plyometrics, sports performance training and cardio elements with a wider stance for increased range of motion. Just as the name suggests, this is ideal for dancers or those who prefer or need to work on more external rotation. It provides support and easily inserts into the foot of the reformer. Extended, padded wings allow for a wider working stance. The lip feature on the back fits under the footbar for added stability and support.
