slowest delivery service
After I purchased two side tables from overstock.com I get an email two days later that the items have been shipped to Fedex. This is what Fedex replied when I reached out to their customer service, " Our records show that while the shipper has generated a label for this package, it has not been tendered to FedEx for delivery. Please verify the shipping date and airbill number with your sender and email us back with the information or you can make another attempt to track your package on our Web site: http://www.fedex.com/Tracking". Overstock should not lie about an item being shipped when apparently its still in their warehouse. This is poor customer service! Then when I call overstock customer service they simply said the estimated delivery time is not always accurate. This package was said to be delivered yesterday now overstock customer service said's you must wait 5-10 business days and they have no clue where the package is. Never order from this website again. Waste of time!
Hello unhappycustomer506, we shipped out the item on 06/17/2013 and FedEx skips zones to get it to you which they will not scan until it reaches a hub along the way. With no scan FedEx cannot see the item in transit and will state we still have it. This is scheduled for delivery on 06/22/2013 and we apologize for the confusion.
