Overstock is wasting my time
I'm upset because I ordered a coat and a pair of shoes. I received the coat, but not the shoes (which are en route). Aside from getting the coat, I got a separate box with 6 coats weighing 22 lbs, all different sizes and not the same style as the one that I ordered. I didn't want to pay for these coats so I contacted customer service to inquire about this error. After about 20 minutes discussing this, the customer service rep said that she would send me a shipping label within 24 hours. I am really irritated because this whole mistake was not something that I caused, but the incompetency with the people at Overstock. In addition to doing the right thing, contacting Overstock to return these items that they mistakingly sent to me, I have to wait for them to ship me a return label, I have to repackage the box (after the customer service rep asked me to sift through 22 lbs worth of coats, look for a shipping label, of which there is none), I have to drive down to the local post office, which is out of the way, and I have to stand in line at one of the busiest post offices to ship a box, that I did not order. I'm not getting anything for my wasted time. It's frustrating and I don't feel confident in placing future orders with Overstock.
