    This is a great lightweight blanket - LIGHTWEIGHT. If you're into the current weighted blanket trend or prefer a blanket you can feel on you - this is not the blanket for you. This thing is practically cloudlike. We use this blanket underneath our summer quilt; in the winter, it'll be underneath a winter comforter. It is warmer than our previous blanket, which was made of 100% cotton and similar to the blankets hospitals use - so, not warm. Because of the tight weave and flannel-like consistency, this blanket is warmer but I can't state that its a 4-season blanket - it'll really depend on where you live. We're in the South, so it should work well for us year-round. My only beef with it is the size. We have a king-sized bed and the current "standard" measurements used in the industry just aren't long enough and sometimes not wide enough. They've shrunk them down over the decades to save money. There's barely enough material leftover to tuck under the mattress at the bottom. I would have happily paid more for another 6 - 8 inches of material length to ensure the blanket doesn't pull out during the night.

    I am so glad I purchased this blanket! I absolutely love the cornet blue color. There were so many colors to choose from and I'm glad I chose the blue. This blanket is exactly what I was looking for. The queen size is nice and large on my bed, and it's lightweight enough to use even in the summer time. The description of the blanket was that it was soft and cozy and I believe it now because it is so very soft and I love to cuddle up in this blanket. I turn the fan on just so I can get chilly enough to use the blanket at night when I'm watching TV. My roommate is in love with the blanket and she's going to buy one for herself. Even the dogs really love it! I feel that the price was good for a queen size blanket. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would purchase another one if I had a need for it.

I choose the Truly Soft Velvet Plush 50x60 Throw because I wanted something to use while working at my desk that was not too bulky. The velvet is super soft and cozy. The weight is just right, not to light leaving me cold and not too heavy making me perspire. The color is nice, it's not white or yellowish, but more of a soft cream. I would recommend this product if you’re looking for an extremely soft light weight throw. If you’re looking for something heavy and with weight to it, this is not the item for you. In addition, I think this throw would be perfect for long car rides or to use while on a picnic or at a concert when it gets chilly out but you don’t want to pack something bulky.

I chose this item because I was looking for a low-maintenance and wash-able throw to use in my home office. My desk is next to a window and AC unit, so it's chilly regardless of the time of year. This blanket is so soft and cozy! I love the weight and the size for snuggling up on the couch, or for throwing over my lap when I'm working at my desk. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the color. I selected ivory, but its got a more yellow undertone, it would likely match better in places where you're looking for cream rather than ivory. I've washed the throw several times, and it holds up wonderfully.

    Love the weave and the colors (I got white and gray). I washed before use and put in the dryer. They shrunk down from 90x90 to 70x80. So I will purchase king size next time around for my double bed. I didn't read the washing instructions first, which said not to tumble dry. I'd not have purchased if I didn't think I could put it in my dryer. Also a ton - a TON- of lint came out after the first wash. I still like the blankets but will but larger ones next time.

    Great quality. Unfortunately, I have ordered two different brands of these open weave blankets in Queen size and they shrunk so much that they didn't fit the bed and I returned. I ordered a third in King and it shrunk from 90" wide to 77" wide and I returned it again. I ordered this one in King and it is too big. I have washed and dried it (that is when it shrinks) and it is still too large for a queen. I guess I should have order the actual size in this brand blanket.

    This blanket is SO soft. My baby has claimed this blanket as his own, each time he's covered with it he rubs his face against it and falls right asleep. I originally wanted this blanket as a throw blanket for my living room. The color is exactly the same as the photo. I do have other blankets similar in material that shed and was nervous this would be the same but it hasn't shed at all!     Well, I received my order just now. I love the feel of this Throw. It is soft, light weight and has that luxurious feel. The color is very pretty. They did however make a mistake on my order. They sent me two of the same color and I ordered one Rose Smoke and one Olive. I will probably end up keeping both the Olive and just reorder the Rose Smoke. I really like it that much.     I never leave a review on anything until AFTER I wash it. Well it passed! The blanket is quality, heavy double sided pattern and it didn't pill or shed BEFORE or AFTER the wash. I originally purchased it for the bedroom but now have it on my leather sofa. The description called the blanket BLACK and WHITE but it actually has BROWN in it as well. That is why I chose to put it on my BROWN sofa as it did not coordinate with the vision I had for the bed.. All and all I would highly recommend this blanket just be aware of the tri colors!

    I just received my GORGEOUS orange/rust throw from Overstock.com...it is so soft infact it is much better than I thought it would be..I highly recommend this throw in any color but this is my new accent color🍊 fyi its not for just fall anymore very rich color ..     Shipping was delayed a bit (altho' they told me it would be later than my initial expectation). It arrived "in the nick of time"--literally as my overnight guests were arriving and that gave me time to launder the blanket and it held up beautifully--one never knows these days if things will fall apart! and it was "just right" weight and cover for our need!     I ordered this in black and after a couple of washes--the color has remained just as beautiful as it was when it was new. Also, this blanket is incredibly soft and has also remained just as soft after washing and drying. My guests always rave about its softness. I ordered two blankets. The other blanket was in the camel color and it has laundered just as well.

    Beautiful color & weave. This is the perfect blanket to go under my quilt for extra winter warmth. I put it through two wash cycles first to get extra lint out, there was minimal shrinkage. It's very soft and warm, but breathable. Fits the bed well & doesn't bunch up. It's now been through multiple washes & there's no strings, pulls, etc, seams are well made.

    I love this throw it’s beautiful it’s well made and not to heavy which I love. Our dogs are large dogs and their nails even though well trimmed did pull out some of the threads in the throw. You can turn it to show both sides, we have it on wha tomato probably would say is the back but I like it and then the bend by the pillows would be the “front” all in all a very good buy that I’m happy with. And shipping didn’t take too long either.

    I absolutely love, love, love this blanket. It is warm, not too heavy and seems to be a blanket I can leave on my bed year-round regardless of temperature. It reminds me of wrapping my arms around a fluffy puppy and snuggling. I got the beige and it is a soft, soothing color. I definitely recommend purchasing at least one of these for every bed you have.

    I picked the mustard color because I knew it would be perfect in the cabin! It looked amazing and is so soft and cozy. The grandkids were fighting over who got to snuggle under the yellow blanket during a big Montana rainstorm! Washed up great and didn’t lose any of its softness. Would make such a great gift!!!     *sheet is the operative word. This is a flannel sheet with silk trim. Is it exactly what is described? Yes. Did I read carefully? No. I saw “Flannel blanket” for $** and was like “SOLD!” I mean blankets are crazy expensive. It seems well made and fit the bed as expected. It will serve my needs just fine. I would just emphasize its thickness is that of a sheet.

    Very nice. I ordered a King to use on my Queen bed as a wide runner (protecting my comforter from any dirt of my dogs paws). I folded it in half, horizontally. It's light weight and comes rolled in a tight tube-shape package. It's a true 'coverlet.' If you're looking for a comforter, this isn't it. If you want a pretty, fluffy coverlet this will be great.
