    Just received this yesterday. Pleasantly surprised!!! It doesn't seem very thick but it fills out my duvet cover perfectly!!!! Just the right thickness. I got the oversized king and it fit my duvet to a T. This comforter has "tie down" tabs all along the top and bottom which would hold it in place great. Unfortunately my duvet cover only had the four corner ties!!šŸ˜Ÿ I may try to stitch some extra ties in my duvet. I have not washed it nor have I slept under it yet as it is too hot. But I feel like it will be the perfect weight. I originally had a king sized down alternative comforter in the duvet and it lacked a good 6" from filling it out. The oversized king did the trick I believe the measurements were 116"x98".......I count the squares šŸ¤­......so the king had 6 squares top to bottom and 7 squares going across. The oversized has 8 squares from top to bottom and 9 squares going across!! Quite a bit larger!!! (Counting the squares was the only way I could remember how it went in the bed!!!!! Anyway........ can't beat this filler. You will not be sorry getting this!!

    As many others have stated, this is much more of a blanket than a comforter--it has a pleasant weightiness to it like a blanket. I've had it for a few months, and I'm quite happy with it. The silk was not stinky at all. So far I haven't noticed any improvement in my allergies, though they aren't terribly severe to begin with. It's warm enough for fall and spring, but now that it's colder in my apartment, I have been this under my down comforter and I am REALLY cozy. If I only had this, I'd be a bit chilly, so next year, I'm dreaming of implementing a two-layer silk blanket system: one for summer months, two for winter months.

    I have used duvets for years and this particular does a fabulous job.. even with its light weight and Not being down it really keeps you warm.. I love it because you can use it in the summer and not over heat.. if you are a cold sleeper or hot sleeper this is perfect .. I highly recommend this comforter any day

    Iā€™m a quilter and this is really only wool batting on the inside - not very thick or warm, but breathable and light enough for summer. So if youā€™re looking for a summer comforter Iā€™d give it 5 stars. If youā€™re looking for a warm winter comforter Iā€™d give it 11/2 stars.

    I have multiples in this comforter. It is the perfect weight and, most important to me, is easy to wash and dry. I would have preferred a bit longer drape on the sides, but it does cover the mattress. The color and quality are good. I'm still looking for some matching or coordinating shams.

    This is thin and definitely lightweight, the perfect weight for summer with the a/c on. The king size is about 5-6" too short for my Lands' End king size duvet cover though, maybe because it's so thin/ flat? It's annoying, but not annoying enough to return it. I deducted a star for that, and for the fact that it does not have corner loops to attach it to the cover.

    this comforter is lightweight but cozy! this is a perfect weight for a year round cover. it is fluffy and substantial and really fills a duvet cover well. this is the fourth one I have purchased and it is my go to filler.

    Does not feel like 600 loft and very thin and light. Has not "fluffed up" after a week of use. Not sure how I feel about it compared to our last 2 600 fill down comforters which were fluffy AND heavier.....

    This is the third one Iā€™ve purchased. I leave one on the guest bed without a duvet and guest love how lightweight it is. They always ask where itā€™s from. This one we purchased to used in our sonā€™s room for his duvet. It ties in in all four corners. Itā€™s nice and fluffy, but not hot. Would buy more if needed and highly recommend. Iā€™ve washed the others several times in a front loader and they fit and wash well.

    What a wonderful natural down finle comforter. It was soft to the touch! The box sticking was great! I could use it all year round! The color white was so pretty that when I took my comforter cover Iā€™m to get dry cleaned I could keep it on the bed and it still looked nice!

    So the first one ripped when I place it in a top loading washer! I always wash bedding before I first use it so this was super disappointing. But in the past few months since I got a front loading washer I have not had any issues and the comforter has served me well.

    This is a very fine product. After taking out of its shipping suitcase, it fluffed up nicely. It's very light and luxurious. I have never purchased a down duvet before and only have experience using them in hotels. This one stacks up well. I chose this particular brand because I wanted a North American supplier which makes its own products instead of just putting its brand name on a product made by another company. Also, I like a company that stands by its products with long warranty periods.

    Fluffy, light, and breathable. Hasnā€™t flattened out after several months. The box stitching prevents the filling from shifting. Added a light blanket in the winter for extra warmth.

    This comforter is really nice as far as being warm. I only wish it was box construction. The fill does bunch a bit but it fit my duvet well, had strong tabs to anchor to the cover and is comfortable. Washed once and is fine.

    Item came within a few days. Very beautiful dark blue and incredibly soft. Iā€™ve washed/dried it following the mfg directions with no shrinkage or loss of color. I did have to turn it sideways like previous buyers posted to fit right on my king bed. That said, I will never again buy anything online that doesnā€™t show the complete picture of the item. Thx

    Ordered Navy. Shows as deep navy on picture and package but is actually more of a deep slate blue. Looks navy and I like it because it is not a solid flat dark blue, this sort of has uniqueness and character to it. It is in a vacuumed sealed bag and then in a zipped garment bag as comforters typically come in which was so important for me to see this as I did not order from ********* this item due to reviews about finding bed bugs, stains, hairs etc... on purchased blankets and sheets. It is very good quality and volume. LOVE LOVE. NOTE: I stay at this price range to change them out annually as I have no expectation of comforters like these washing or drying well. I use a top sheet or another blanket under to keep this clean. Just by nature, they do not wash and dry well. I got a king for my queen to have it more like a spread.

    I was extremely satisfied with the quality of this comforter for the price. I bought it for our guest bedroom and they wanted to know where I purchased it so they could purchase 2 of them! I guess that says it all! I use it as a blanket under my bedspread - for the cost it is better than purchasing a regular blanket but could also be used on top of the bed for versatility.
