  • unique look gives mirror a stylish look

The mirror first pictured was out of stock and this mirror design was replacing it. I prefer the color and look of the first mirror I ordered but also like this one. Perfect size for area I needed it for and it serves as a full length mirror even though it is smaller than that.

Love the mirror....colors are great, just wish it had beveled glass and a little larger! Overstock always has a good selection and prices. My husband wishes it was not my favorite site!

I The colors are not bright enough to meet my expectations. I had previously had a mirror with a painted frame and it added light to the room. The wood on this, while quite nice, gives off a dark hue. I'm thinking about ways to brighten it up. Also, the mirror is not beveled, which makes it look inexpensive.

the mirror is very nice. I wish it were larger. I hope that the people from Ghana who made it received a fair percentage of the money collected.

  • Adinkra Mirror

I was amazed at how quickly it arrived and how well packaged it was! The wire on the back is placed for horizontal hanging - not for the full-length mirror vertical version I had planned on, but that can be easily corrected. I have made considerable effort to research the Adinkra symbols that are carved and painted on the mirror and they, unfortunately, do not appear to even remotely resemble Adinkra symbols. While the mirror is lovely, well crafted and unique, I'm afraid I'd have to give it a thumbs down for authenticity.
