  • Gorgeous hand-knotted artistry

In reading a previous reviewer comment, I wanted to note that as an interior designer for more than 16 years, hand-knotted oriental rugs produced for large manufacturers (e.g., Stark, Jaipur, Safavieh) will be thicker than this product. The beauty of these hand-knotted vegetable-dyed wool rugs made in villages from this part of the world are the meticulously tightly-woven artistry in each piece, and I find time and again that they work in a myriad of places in a home. I found the quality of this piece to be excellent, and the opportunity to find one-of-a-kind pieces for clients has been great.

I wanted so much a quality small rug, when this arrived I opened it and found a very thin poorly knotted rug, The colors were as advertised and shown on the internet, but the overall quality was not worth the money spent.. I have several oriental rugs and this one just didn't come up to the standard I want. So I sent it back and will look further.
