I took a chance and ordered this meditation pillow after searching around for rugs that would be useful and pliable to roll and sit on. This was perfect as it has the higher question for seating and the extension to cushion ankles. The construction, style, design, material and comfort is excellent! I am so happy that I found this pillow and I take it with me whenever I go to group meditation. I recommend this pillow to everyone in my meditation class because it is so perfect. This has been a very comfortable meditation cushion. It is Very Form to support your weight for the long haul, but is still comfortable. I have had this for a while and use it regularly. It has held up very well. You can't really tell how old it is except for the couple of claw marks from my cat. But that just shows how well it holds up. Normally the cats would have it all torn up by now. I highly recommend this product for meditation or even just for sitting on the floor.

I love this meditation cushion! It provides great support for good posture during your practice. It's not too soft and not too hard. I already had one of these for myself and got this one for my husband. He often has discomfort in his lower back while meditating and said that this cushion helps immensely.
