I bougjt this a month ago and have loved using it! It's easy to use and gives you that little extra push to target different muscles. I also like how they have floor exercises with it as well as using it on the machine!
Just finished my first work out on the XP557 and I am amazed at how good it is for a home reformer. I am used to working out on a Stott Reformer but they were too expensive to buy for my home, so I looked for a long time for an alternative. I am so glad I did my research as I am really happy with the XP557. Pros: Great Price Springs not band. The movement is fluid, smooth and quite It looks high end. The wood trims are good quality Its relatively easy to build on your own but if you are moving it to a different floor level you will need help as the carnage is heavy. The instructions are not that clear but you can figure it out. Don't worry if you think you haven't got all the washers, they have pre-assembeld some small parts for you. The head rest and shoulder pads are really good quality and supportive. Cons: The cardio tramp is too narrow even though they say its oversized which prevents some moves. The foot bar is clunky to move and the position movement range is small The padding on the carriage could be better There is no cover on the foot straps All in all I feel its good value for money and am happy with it. On a side note I was not happy with the delivery company from Overstock and so I would not buy a large piece from them again. You can get delivery quicker and for the same price point on Amazon.
5. Great mat! It's got great "squish" and a great quality! I need a thicker mat for exercising and this mat is perfect! Very lightweight at the same time and I especially love the handle that holds it rolled up!
