I have always loved to workout with different modalities including Pilates. After a back injury, I could no longer do high impact exercise or running so I decided to do Pilates and Yoga exclusively. I bought the reformer and for the last couple of months I've used it pretty much daily.
Just thick enough for brief workout on floor at fitness center, and rolls up compact. I use it for the 5-10 minute abs/buttocks floorwork during 40-55min Pound group class. I personally would want to take thicker mat to hour long Yoga or Pilates class.
I was not sure what to expect but when this arrived it was surprisingly heavy and durable. It was packaged well and arrived without any damage. The only improvement would have been a video or chart showing exercises that could be done on the board. Looking forward to adding this to my yoga regimen.
