I have always loved to workout with different modalities including Pilates. After a back injury, I could no longer do high impact exercise or running so I decided to do Pilates and Yoga exclusively. I bought the reformer and for the last couple of months I've used it pretty much daily.
I've have my Pilates reformer for over 15 years and it wasn't as tough as it used to be. I ordered the "heavier" cords and it really amped out my workout!
