Comfortable and perfect for those who don't want to or can't do sit ups lying down. You need your own weights, but those can be purchased separately. It's worth it. You can also do other exercises, depending on how much weight you use, while standing up.
I thought I was in shape because I'd been using treadmills, elliptical and weight machines at gym. This was a killer at first! I'm still only doing 15 min at a time after a couple of weeks and I was doing 30 min on the other equipment.
