I thought I was in shape because I'd been using treadmills, elliptical and weight machines at gym. This was a killer at first! I'm still only doing 15 min at a time after a couple of weeks and I was doing 30 min on the other equipment.
The maxi climber has proven to be an overall good piece of workout equipment. It gets the heart pumping and muscles working. Head to toe workout. Worth the money and time.
Once you get the hang of it, it's a GREAT workout! It's taken me some time to work up some stamina, but that's the point. The machine was very easy to put together. It's very steady on the hard surface it lives on. It doesn't take up a lot of real estate in my tiny workout room at home. I'm glad I purchased it.
