Start with 10 to 15 min a day then add ankle and wrist weights as you build your strength and stamina, you will feel it good cardio work out. Worth the price.
Effective and Tough! My Mom bought a cheaper version and you can definitely tell the difference! You WILL need to wear sneakers while using this, the pedals are a bit on the small side and quite tough.
Was such a good buy I bought two!! One as a gift. The workout is great, the compact size, folds up and can even take more weight than recommended. You will def. feel a difference in this workout. I could not be happier. FIVE STAR FANTASTIC!!
