Start with 10 to 15 min a day then add ankle and wrist weights as you build your strength and stamina, you will feel it good cardio work out. Worth the price.
i don't think i will ever need another piece of equipment. i get a total work out only need to do it 3 days a week for 30 minutes, it simple its easy and its at home...well worth the cost, took about 15-20 minutes for assembly but not rocket science by any means.
I absolutely love this. I had to start out slow because I'm out of shape but I can tell this will get me in shape really quick . And Overstock has the best price out of anyone else
