While product does provide a good leg workout it does zero for other body parts..I'm 6"2 190 lbs and even with full equipment extension it doesn't allow for uptimum leg extending and causes occassional knee contact..Very good leg machine regardless.
Simple, but effective. I used it only 5 minutes per day at first, and it really strengthened by legs. Bike riding became a lot easier. Great machine for the price.
I thought I was in shape because I'd been using treadmills, elliptical and weight machines at gym. This was a killer at first! I'm still only doing 15 min at a time after a couple of weeks and I was doing 30 min on the other equipment.
