Our 13 year old daughter wanted this but was disappointed as it doesn't really rock. Maybe it would rock kids that weighed less than her 100 pounds? Anyway, it takes up a lot of room for a fairly unusable pool toy.
A nice tub, but they only sent two guys to deliver a 400 lb item. they didn't have the strength or proper tools to handle. it. they basically dropped it into place. the site neglecyed to mention the additional costs involved in setting a base and getting electricity arranged. I spent an additional $1100 before my tub was ready to roll.
This is the second pair we bought. The first pair lasted 3 years, which included being left outside all winter. Obviously they would have lasted longer had I taken better care of them. I am 6 feet tall and over 250 pounds, these fi me fine and I float very well in them. In fact only blow up the inflatable pieces till they just barely hold their shape, this will allow you to sit a bit lower in the water. Fully inflated I am almost completely out of the water.
We had 5 people helping us and had the pool put up in 3 hours. The sand filter calls for 110 pounds of sand however we bought two 50 pound bags at a pool supply store and it works fine. Be sure ground is very level and read directions carefully. My husband skipped putting in all the screws to attach the skimmer and it drips a bit. We will fix it later but it is a wonderful pool! I threw in a bag of shock and put one chlorine tablet in a floater and the water is perfect. Be sure and fill pool about half way up the skimmer for the filter to run smoothly. Highly recommend!!
