I have nothing against the quality of the Vulcan collars (if these are Vulcan) - they seem to be good quality. but...they don't match well with the CAP Bar that I purchased. So I'm going to try a non spring type collar. The only reason I marked them down one star is that the ones I received are different than the photograph. the grip coming out of the circular spring bends at 90 degrees. But, I like Vulcan products and these ,I imagine, would work better with a Vulcan bar.
