Good but not strong
This has been a good product for me until last Monday. I like the adjustment and how sturdy it looks. This is not for those how lift heavy wieght. The adjustment for bench on mine this past monday bent on me. While preforming a heavy lift it went from a regular bench to a decline in mid set. I was just glad that i was not at my PR level for that night or this would have ended me up in the hospital. It was not as sturdy as i thought it should be.

After an extensive 4-5 month internet search, I felt that this bench would meet my needs. I'm a 230 lb guy wanted a bench for dumbbell lifting in the 40+ range. I'm just getting started. It's mid range, mid value, mid quality bench and today its a decent price through overstock. com. Amazon is actually selling it for the same price today. I bought here since I can use PayPal and stretch the payments out over 6 months. It just seems like a good deal for me.
