We bought this playset last year and it has provided hours of fun for our boys ages 6 and 4! The playset itself is very sturdy and my husband said it wasn't hard to put together! We also love the no maintenance part of this playset! I would definitely recommend this!
We purchased the playset for our 5 year old granddaughter 12 days ago. My husband and son assembled it over the course of roughly 13 hours. It was well worth their time as once our granddaughter saw it, she was thrilled! She absolutely loves that there are two swings so someone else can swing with her. The play tower is a huge hit with her too! With her imagination the tower may one day be a castle and the next day a library when she can spend hours looking at books. The first time she went down the slide, she ended up on all fours so parents be aware and alert your children to be extra careful until they get the grasp of going down the slide. When searching for a playset, my husband, son and I all knew we didn’t want a wooden one because of the ongoing maintenance required and risk of splinters. Our 5 year old granddaughter even told us she didn’t want a wooden playset because she gets splinters when playing on them. As soon as we found the Lifetime Adventure Tower Playset, we knew our searching was over as we had found the perfect playset! This playset is going to be around for many years. Well worth the money!
We were missing several parts and needed hardware. When getting them replaced we were told a few of them no longer come with this playset yet the detail description on Overstock lists them.
This was a Christmas gift for my daughters, it took me 5 days to build this playset and their were some screws missing, but the company send them to me with no problems, the set looks great and I have anchored it to the ground very good, but the playset still move a lot and it looks like it's going to fall apart, the wood looks like it's going to crack while they are swinging on it, but it has not, I do not know if this is normal or that is what the wood is suppose to do. I am not use to having wooden playset.
