  • More like flannel than fleece
    Verified Purchase

They do the trick in keeping your sleeping bag clean and adding another later, but they are very light and more like a flannel sheet than a heavy fleece. They are good for what we wanted.

  • Great little sleeping bag liners
    Verified Purchase

"Used these liners in July, 2015 in Cincinnati OH. Camp Friedlander Scout Facility, one of the ""Cub World"" climate controlled locations. It was the traditional July, 80's - 90's and the indoor climate moderately stuffier than the outdoor climate. Oh - climate controlled is totally ""tongue in cheek"". We were rained upon - not a hassle since not in tents and we had indoor plumbing - but the rain only increased humidity without dropping the temperature greatly. My nights at the camp started with me on top of my sleeping bag underneath the fleece liner, the second night I totally zipped the liner around me and fell right off to sleep. The lightening and thunder did wake me a few times, but the liner was all I needed each night. I'm a southerner transplanted to OH, so it was just like falling asleep down south in the summertime. ""Too hot but it could always get worse...."", needless to say I slept rather well, it wasn't the worst I've dealt with. Small, easy to re-roll and pack away, and convenient for my light ""3 season"" sleeping bag. The liner doesn't quite make the light bag a 3 season bag, but it gets it close. I was not able to sleep in 40 degree weather until these liners and slept like a baby during our May camping (mid 40's at dawn); I don't think I'll try to endure freezing temps with just these liners....I may have to upgrade my bag to a real 3 season system. The price was right, and the fleece is holding up after 4 nights total, they seem durable. Another two seasons of camping and I'll be better able to comment on durability (about 8-10 nights a season). "

  • Work okay but very thin
    Verified Purchase

The fleece is very thin so they get tangled around you. But if you just use them as a sheet they work fine.

I haven't had a chance to go camping yet this season, but am looking forward to using these. They are just what we needed.

  • Compact > Luxurious
    Verified Purchase

I bought these to go warm-weather motorcycle camping where space is at a premium and a 'real' sleeping bag was unnecessary for the 65 degree average nightly temperature. Washing the bags before use is definitely recommended because they do lose quite a bit of lint in the first cycle. I was comfortable down to about 60 degrees in the bag but below that required an additional lightweight blanket or more clothing. This is based on sleeping in ankle socks, a t-shirt and lightweight pants (think hospital scrubs).

Great for my purpose of having a light sleeping bag for warmer days and a liner for a thick heavier sleeping bag..

  • Not what I expected
    Verified Purchase

I bought these to use as extra bedding to be placed at the end of my bunkbeds. I thought they woud make cute bedrolls I didn't read the desciption closely enough as I was very disappointed when I opened the box. They just wouldn't work for what I had in mind. They were so small (only about 8" rolled up. I think they would have worked great for backpacking, but not for what I had in mind, so I returned them.

there are two and I just used one - felt really warm. I did not have both but figure that would be even warmers. I am not a big fan of fleece but can live with this
