Love these rackets. Big step up from the cheaper models. Not a massive difference in spin, but I love the feel of the pads. I find that my block backs from other people's smashes are way faster, which allows me to win way more points. Getting used to big hits with the paddles takes a little while, but stick with it. It's definitely worth it. They feel lighter which may throw the timing of a fraction, but you'll get used to it. I personally think this is a better defensive paddle, than offensive, but I'm still learning them myself
I got a great deal on this top, so I am satisfied with it. But it's definitely for casual play, not serious/competitive playing. Pluses: 1) Regulation size, 2) cheap, 3) You can install regulation-size/height net on it, which I did. Minuses: 1) 1/2 of the pilot holes for the hinges are missing, you must drill your own to attach the hinges, 2) Top is composed of 4 separate quadrants, so it'll be lopsided/have spaces if you don't drill and attach pieces exactly right, 3) No hinges or attachment exists in the middle of the table, so it can separate during play if you bump it hard, 4) the net and supports are a joke in plastic and they arrived broken. 5) heavy
Not only is this a quality table at a nice price, it came 3/4 assembled and the assembly required couldn't be easier. It took no more than 15 minutes to attach the base and wheels and we were playing shortly there after. While bringing each piece down to the basement would have been very easy with 2 people, I was able to manage doing it with no help. I highly recommend this product.
