We were looking for a toddler swing that gave a similar feel to the playground swings. Our 11 month and 2 1/2 year old have never liked the tilted back harness swings, but love swinging at the park. The swing seemed HUGE when we took it out of the box. It doesn't seem big not that it's up. Super sturdy. Our boys love it! Only drawback, there is no strap to keep the baby from climbing out. I wish it wasn't quite so expensive, because we'd sure like two. Seems a little over priced.
3 little boys have lived in their new house for 15 months and just now got a new swing set from overstock, and they are delighted to have a trampoline to jump on. They are 2, 3, and 5 and love to play outside with their 2 black Watts, one mother and on son, to protect them, Now their summer is complete.
I would honestly say 8 and older is too small for this swingset. Lumber is thin. A couple pieces cracked when screwing in. It's very orange but we stained ourselves. Absolutely need to use anchor (which is a painful process) so unit doesn't move everywhere while swinging. I honestly wished I could have bought a Rainbow type set because timbers are so substantial. A little disappointed overall.
