Perfect stepper
I love this machine. It is the best one I have purchased. It is QUIET and gives a decent workout. It was easy to put together in 10 minutes or so. If you are looking for a low impact, low intensity workout (although it does have 12 levels of resistance) this is perfect. I have wasted money on a recumbant bike (out the door) and an upright bike (collecting dust). I have been using my climber 5 days a week for the last month. Starting with just 5 minutes a day and now up to almost 20.

I bought this stair stepper for my daughter. She has a small apartment and needed something small that wouldn’t get in the way. She loves it. Her friend went out and bought the same one. Such a value. This stair stepper is an excellent value for the price I paid. It is sturdy enough to hold my husband and he is just over two hundred pounds. It is small and compact and easy to keep out of the way. It keeps track of calories burned and has different difficulty levels. I recommend this purchase.

This is a great machine - I work in my home office all day. Every hour I get up and use it for 3 minutes. By the end of the day, my 20 minute workout is done. Super easy set up. Wow I thought this would be a simple work out ! Lol needless to say I’m out of shape so a couple of minutes at a time for now ! But it will get that heart rate up so I can’t wait to last at least 5 minutes . It’s well worth the money
