I received this pilates reformer and it is very easy to put together I need to purchase a stand for it so that I can be comfortable while doing my workout. therefore I purchased a stand today for a very good price I love this Pilates have had two in the past and gave them to friends and family as gifts. trying to get into the swing of things to get my body swimsuit ready, LOL

Let me just say, this beginner Pilates reformer is fantastic. The price is right, I do recommend buying the stand if it’s in your budget, if not, it’s not a big deal, it’s just going to be lower to the ground. I love using this reformer because it is amazing for low impact stretching and firming the bod.

LOVE! I have been wanting my own reformer for years now (pilate classes are so expensive). I learned/taught pilates for a while when I worked in a physical therapy place and fell in love back then, so I only recommend people buying a reformer if they actually know how to do the exercises safely and correctly, otherwise you can really hurt yourself. Shipping was quick and setup/ assembly was even quicker for me. Easy instructions and pretty straight forward. It also comes with a big poster of exercises and a DVD---which is awesome!!! I can't wait to do my pilates everyday!!
