Perfect (and, in my case, necessary) addition to the Pilates Reformer. Getting all the way down to the floor and getting up from the Reformer without this stand had been extremely difficult, as I am not a small person. But I was worried about the sturdiness of the stand for this reason. I need not have worried. The stand is sturdy, does not wiggle at all, and was fairly easy to put together. It would have been easier with 2 people, because the Reformer is heavy, but with a lot of huffing and puffing I managed to do it myself.

To my 3-cord Aeropilates reformer! Easy to put together, easy to take down, the most difficult part was putting the reformer itself in place on it, which I was able to do by myself. I've had it less than a week, but I'm already getting more use from my reformer, and can do more exercises, like Eve's lunge, which really helps my tight hip flexors. I can't recommend this highly enough - especially when you use an Overstock 14% coupon to bring the already reasonable price down even more!

Works just as its supposed to. I purchased this stand for my AeroPilates machine to get it off the floor, I've had the machine for several years, really makes a difference performing exercises with machine elevated.

This Reformer stand is not for the 3-cord Pilates as advertised, it's too wide I had to return it, I found the perfect one on QVC. had no problems with my return with Overstock.

I have had several different styles of reformers...this was the easiest to use..but I sold it because it took up too much room in my guest bedroom...that being said unless you want to fold up a heavy piece of equipment each day, this one had the smallest footprint. If you've never used a pilates..this is the right price to try one....It makes you feel great...limber, balanced and overall fit.

I got this to raise my Pilates machine and it is fabulous, much easier for me because I have back surgery. If you have a hard time getting down this is for you and very easy to put together it completed my Pilates machine
