I wanted a device that I could not only do ab work with...but also work on my lower back and sides. The Stamina Ab/Hyper Bench Pro totally fits the bill for me. I do think that someone is who is taller - 6'+ - might want to be careful purchasing it. I'm 5'7"...and while I can see someone taller than me still being able to work out with ease on it - I think the 6' range might start pushing its capabilities. Other than than - if you're looking for a great apparatus to get an excellent ab/back/sides workout - I recommend this piece of equipment highly!

Since receiving this bench i have felt much trimmer and stronger. I use it for side pulls, buttocks exercises and traditional sit-ups. Built very well for the price and is pretty compact. It took me a little time and common sense to put it together since the directions are a bit confusing. But over all it was well worth the price and is a great machine.

The flexibility of use for the space this bench takes up is super. It is an outstanding workout for back extensions and carefully doing side extensions (abdom obliques). And it's very quick to pull the pin and adjust bench angle. Incline sit ups, sitting for dumbbell work. It's not health club quality, your not paying $400. Take care of it and it'll last as long as you want it to. Very intelligent design and great value.

I bought this product because I can do many types of exercises around the hip, thigh, leg and ab area. Comfortable padded bench, only bench could be longer for taller people to lay on and do leg lifts. The product is adjustable with not much effort. Would have happily given 5 stars except the bench length is short for me a 5' 3" person.

Great bench for your abs!

This is a great multipurpose bench for core exercises. I am 5 feet tall and the adjustments in this actually work for me to be able to do back extensions, side bends, sit ups, and even box jumps. The fund I have access to didn't have anything like this to get my full workouts in. I am very happy with the purchase and was pleased with the included tools and simplistic instructions. Although it was kind of hard to tighten the nuts, I can't complain for the price and benefit in the end.

I love doing sit-ups and the extensions where you work out your lower back. Being able to do both workouts with one machine is great if you don't have a lot of space. It's a high quality bench made with good material so after a few years it still looks good.

I love this ab bench. It is exactly as advertised. Adjustable for decline, and has the back/glut extension option. Could not be more pleased with great quality for a good price.

I was looking for a great ab bench this is it very nice, well made easy to assemble and it was missing 2 washers but those are like 10 cents at the hardware store so no big deal.anytime i can find what i am looking for i order it from here overstock in my oppion goes the extra mile if you do encounter a problem ...hands down one of the best customer support around...

This bench is a absolutely great, very stable, both my husband and I use it with no issues. My favorite feature is to be able to use it for my sides.

Great addition to my gym!! I have used this for a year now and it works great. I love that it folds up for storage and the adjustable nature works great as an additional bench as well.

This was fairly easy putting together you really have to pay attention to what you're doing. It's a little smaller than I pictured but it does the job my son and his friends use it a lot and hopefully soon I'll be using it more saves me going to the gym. It is a bit smaller than expected but still a good buy. Would recommend to anyone building a home gym
