Trainer does what I wanted, except it weighs more than I expected and is very hard to move. Anyone with limited mobility will need help setting this up and moving it out of the way. Let's you set your own pace.
It doesn't compare to the ones in the gym but if you want a good workout 4 or 5 times a week this rower is for you, it really does the job. And you can't beat it in value for money. So if riding your bike on a trainer gets boring during the winter months try this rower, its a good workout.
