I got these to add muscle in a safe way to my arms and legs. Dumbbells are too heavy for me, and these are lighter weight and not so bulky. I would recommend purchasing.

The weights stay on well, but sometimes bother my one ankle when I’m doing exercises. They helped me make my exercises more difficult, working my muscles more.

I brought the weights for my son and we tested them out last night. We are impressed. I think we are going to buy different sizes. They come in a pair of course.

Great product.. Turns everyday chores into a real workout. Just wish there was a different way to wear them... The velcro is very scratchy on arms and legs.
