I love my Rightline top carrier. I love that it fits on my car without racks. Easy to set up by myself, I am a mom BTW. Doesn't seem to make to big of an impact on my gas mileage. I most of all love that it is truly 100% waterproof. I had my doubts, but driving through the High Sierras has proven it. In pouring rain or snow, windy roads, my top carrier keeps everything in place and dry. Don't fall for cheap wanna be brands. I did, and wet sleeping bags while camping are a nightmare.
I purchased a pair of these and a pair of the longer version. Both excellent binoculars although I like the convenience of the smaller ones a little more. Very good quality. Easy to use - fortunately haven't had to check out how waterproof they are!
Canopy is the right size, virtually waterproof and lightweight (easy to carry and load). It does take 2 people to set it up because it is lightweight. Heavier canopies have gravity working for them in holding the position while lifting
