We bought two of these in 2011 and have used them at least 4 dozen times. They have held up well, even stores in high heat. They are super easy to maneuver, our 4 year old could easily handle the boat. Great item to have around with kids!
I have a fantastic, high end sup and wanted a second for family and friends to use, so I bought this board at a fraction of the price of my first (and different brand board). You get what you pay for. Perhaps it is because the psi is not indicated anywhere on paperwork or website that I find this board incredibly unstable. No way can a beginner stand on this, so it has become "my" board instead of my guest's board. It's strength is how light and easy this is to carry around and pump up, but I also think it is it's weakness.
FIRST TIME WE USED A MATTRESS OF THIS TYPE - BEEN BACKPACKING AN CAMPING BOTH SIDE OF THE CALIFORNIA SIERRAS, ALWAYS USED THE HIGH QUALITY BACKPACKING PADS AND WAS QUIT SATISFIED WITH THAT. UNTIL WE TRIED THIS, SELF INFLATES QUICKLY WITH 4- D BATTERIES, ALSO DEFLATES ITSELF WITH THE SAME INFLATION PACKAGE. I AM 6 FOOT PLUS, 240, WIFE IS 5.4 FEET AND 110 POUNDS. WE SLEPT LIKE WE WERE HOME IN OUR OWN BED. ONLY THING THAT WAS NOT THOUGHT OFF, IS NO CAMPING SPOTS ARE COMPLETELY FLAT - ALWAYS SOME SLANT TO IT AND THE SLICK FINISH SORT OF HELPED YOU SLIDE ALONG A LITTLE. OTHERWISE, OUR BACKPAKING PADS ARE STAYING HOME ON NORMAL CAMPING/FISHING TRIPS AND WE WILL BE USING THIS INSTEAD. ON BACKPAKING TRIPS, THE WEIGHT PROHIBITS THIS TYPE OF PAD - GREAT PRODUCT OVERALL.
