"Why did you choose this product?"
This bayonet easily attaches to and fits the Colt M4. Do wish it were a bit longer. I also would not advise immediately inserting it into the sheath it comes with. Oil it up first or you risk scratching the blade up....

It's ... a bayonet
Got this more or less as a prop for my rifles equipped with bayonet lugs. There's not much to it--it's a pointy stick! I knocked off a couple points because as soon as I attempted to put this knife in its scabbard the retention clip badly scratched the finish on the knife. Apparently this is a common thing with M7 bayonets, but I didn't know that and it was disappointing to damage my knife minutes after opening it. But, well, it's made to do a job, not to look pretty.Read More
