Time to get into shape! The arm curl bench is a great addition to my exercise room. It can be used by both men and woman. I was happy to get this at such a reasonable price. The unit is very compact, small. I was wondering if I would be able to use it. I'm just over 6ft but its adjustable at the seat, uprights and pad. Works well, I wouldn't leave any real weight on the uprights because it could flip forward quite easily.
