I was skeptical at first, but once I tried it out the vibration truly travels from the bottom of my feet and up my legs. As I increased the vibration settings, the more my muscles started working. Almost like running in place without actually lifting your feet. The added hand straps not only provide stabilization but a great arm workout as well. Would definitely recommend this product for those that would rather stay at home and not go to a gym!

Holy moly does this thing vibrate! I bought this to follow up cavitation at home. I really hope it works. I did 20 min at maximum vibration and I can totally understand why it works!
