Don't waste you money does not make you sweat and it keeps rolling down,, like a tight belt.

This belt serves it purpose, however it has no opening or zipper. In order to put the belt on, you have to step into it and pull it up. My hips are significantly larger than my waist, therefor it was a struggle getting it on. If I would have purchased a larger size, it would have been too large. Once I got the belt on it did work. It would have been better with a closure.

Very good material. Size is very good, not too wide but covers area needed for good results. Would recommend to select one size larger than normal.

The product is ok, however I will not be able to use it bc it runs very small. I wore It the first day and it was very very uncomfortable. I prefer The ones that zip up.

Fit is good. It is wide so one portion tend to fold down a bit.
