This Spa is a good investment for 2 people. If you have more then 2 no foot room and hard to settle in. I wish it had better jets. But very good deal for me and my wife.
I chose this hot tub due to the large capacity in a smaller overall cabinet size. The quality and longevity of the components are a bit below what I hoped for, and since they are proprietary you have to buy them from the OEM instead of shopping competitively or sourcing from spa equipment distributers.
We had this at time for 3 years now and have had 0 problems with it. We have not had to repair anything replace anything however the hot tub cover is in need of replacement soon.

has performed very well and have had no issues. Had some shipping damage but customer service was great in resolving the problem. gets daily use through most of the year. Great addition to patio off of master bedroom suite.

Basic hot tub, works well
We really have enjoyed this spa. It is great for 4 people, but a bit crowded for more than that. It has strong jets and we have enjoyed the lighted waterfall feature.
I could not be happier with this hot tub. It is beautiful and the jets feel amazing. We love the water fall and the LED colors really add to the experience. We researched for a long time and I am very happy with our choice. I wish it came with a step, but the quality and value exceeded our expectations, so we didn't mind buying it separately.
Great for the price, one jet was a little weak, but overall a good deal.
