I love this spa so much because it's small and strong and MADE IN ****! The seats each have different points for the jets making it fun to move about to different spots in the spa!
Hot tub was exactly what i expected. Has been working very well for over a year now.
This was our Covid purchase and thought we might regret it but we love our hot tub! The delivery company lied as they did not deliver it to its destination but we took care of it! Delivery company is terrible but hot tub is awesome!
First off, It was not a 51 jet and I have not found the ozone!! so that is disapointing, plus the fact it took almost 5 months to get. It is a 5 person and the measurements are correct, just wish it was what I ordered.
Bought this great addition to our backyard in March. Be prepared for it to take 5-6 weeks for delivery and have a fork truck ready to place yourself. Super easy setup. Chemical balance takes some time to get down but it's wonderful on cool nights after a long day!
Works well, looks great and is so relaxing. The shipping process was extremely stressful but we were happy to finally get it and have enjoyed it since arrival!
We just received our Home and Gardens 5 person, 51 jet hot tub. After waiting 3 months for delivery due to Covid complications, I can attest that we have received our unit. The unit was delivered with professionalism and packaged well to deter damage from shipment. The hot tub itself weighs 785 pounds so it took 7 men to move it, without much complication. Upon hooking up the unit we had trouble locating the electrical panel. This was not explained well in the instructions so we spent ample time just trying to locate the control panel. After removing nearly all the casing, and doing a little research, we found the electrical panel to be located under the control switch in the panel directly underneath. This seems to make sense now in hindsight but we honestly were clueless as to where it would be located and directions were of no use. Upon removing the screws to the panel, we immediately located the control box and wires. Wiring of the unit was easy and actual wiring and installation only took approximately 30 minutes. Filled with water, which took approximately 45 minutes to fill. The temperature started out at 70 degrees and is up to 80 after an hour. So far the unit appears to be working properly and is exactly what I expected from our new Homes and Gardens hot tub.
The hot tub itself is great. There was a problem with shipping and it did take 3 months to receive and had a minor hole in the panel due to warehouse forklifts, but customer service from the Club O team was great once I got a hold of them. Considering how inexpensive this large hot tub is compared to some others out there. I would definitely recommend it to fellow shoppers.
This is how it gets delivered but once you get it in place it's a very nice spa 👍🏻
Arrived and was able to get delivery guy to drop off in back yard. Electrician only took about 15 mins to hook up to the electrical and has worked great since. Surprisingly my favorite seat is the one next to the feet of the lounger. You sit up more straight and have plenty of leg room.
