The product was in great condition, however it does not work at all. when trying to get return info through chat with rep and phone. the online reps did not reply to me for very long periods of time and we unable to assist me from not replying to me at all! if my product worked and the customer service was not so awful! this review probably would have been good.

I ordered this for my grandson and it was shipped to someone else. I called when i got a e-mail saying that my order had been delivered . Talked with a very nice woman who refunded my money because this motorcycle was not available anymore and helped me find another motorcycle . And to the person that signed for and took this package in California , shame on you!
