Have used it for weights, bands and TRX. I have to be careful when I use my TRX attached to the top. It wants to tip over but storing 45lb plates on the back prevents this from happening.

Fit my needs perfectly
I was worried about purchasing a power cage without seeing it in person but this fits my needs perfectly. I wanted something that would allow me to lift safely and not take up too much room. Very easy to put together for my husband and very sturdy.
