I have always loved recumbent bikes because they are low impact and as I'm getting older that is so important-I am working up to 30 minutes a day and the time will just fly away because you can read or check your phone while you exercise! The readout is digital and tells you how many Cals are burning, distance, pulse, and length of time pedaling.
You won't find a better, basic exercise bike for the money. I'm 6'2" and around 190lbs and I'd say height wise if you are any taller it may be uncomfortable. My oldest daughter is 5 foot and she can just barely use it comfortably, so their size recommendation is spot on. Fairly easy to assemble and is sturdy for what it is. Light and easy to move as well.
