Package was received in good condition without signs of damage to the package. I assemble the Echelon EX5 Exercise Bike following the instructions that was provided and the YouTube tutorial clip. The Bike feels sturdy and well construction. I've enjoy cycling when it is convenient for me...early in morning or late in the evening. I can monitor my effort in terms of energy exerted and calories expended. I can feel in difference in my health overall.
