Best inversion table on the market and I have owned a couple. Have had this for 4 months now and it gets better each day as I learn and use more of the Conquer's functions. I searched 2 months for a new table and thanks to reviews, I made the best choice. Overstock had the best price too. Here is the deal, use the YouTube video to put it together and you will have no issues. 20 to 30 minutes and you will be hanging like a bat. This is not a a fold and stow table like some others...get over it. I had to. it will fold but it is heavy (A GOOD THING) and not low profile when folded. This is a sturdy beast of a machine. You will feel secure in all positions which is one of the best features of this unit-you can freeze (brake) the unit in any position all the way to true vertical. NO KIDDING. The brake holds firmly, with a little play and sway if you are doing situps but that is to be expected if you are a heavy sack o' like me. Best piece of exercise equipment in my arsenal by far. Oh, have we talked about the price? You will spend six to eight hundred dollars on the competitors' machines to get this same quality and still you will not get all that the 6 in 1 offers. If you are loaded and don't care, buy a different machine or two. If you want the best product and the best price, which does not happen much, get the 6 in 1. Best product on the market by far.

Great idea, good execution. I was looking for an inversion table and ran across this. It seemed like a good idea to combine extra exercise with an inversion table and the price was about the same as other inversion tables. The device is sturdy and it great as a dip machine.

Had one of these years ago. This is so much nicer. It really helps decompress the back. I would HIGHLY recommend this Inversion Table!

Sturdy and does the job of 2 machines. I am planning to purchase another for my daughter and her teen sons (inversion table for her- gym for the boys)
