  • Roomy, Easy to Set Up

The vestibule is big enough to put two kid-sized camp chairs facing each other on either side of the entrance. Inside the tent, we've put a queen-sized inflatable mattress AND an inflatable twin mattress with some room to spare. Very intuitive set up, can be done by the kids, so I can go fishing.

I bought this tent as a larger alternative to my well used back packing tent. I wanted a large enough tent to set up a cot in and this tent certainly fit the bill. It certainly is spacious, I can even stand up in it. It sleeps 4 comfortably, and is relatively easy to set up. Once set up with the fly though it has very little air flow, so I keep the window inset in the door unzippered. The small vestibule will hold your shoes and little else, but it does serve to keep the rain off of the floor, The stitching is all very good, there are pockets in the side for your breakables, or flashlight, but there are no internal loops for a clothes line or drying hammock. I found the stakes pretty useless in sand, but reasonable on grassy turf. I'm replacing them with something a little more durable. You have to use the guy wires on this tent to keep the sides from touching the main tent body when it's wet. But all in all this tent is a good deal and with proper care it looks like it will stand up over time. I've used it 4 times in varying weather and it still looks like new.
