Does NOT come with acrylic chip holders. A good auction site is the best choice for those. No complaints so far, as advertised. Mine holds 1000 14g chips which is pretty heavy, I don't trust the handle... but I can assume with confidence that the normal 11.5g chips would be just fine.
This case arrived very well packed for shipping. It was protected on all sides with Styrofoam and sent DOUBLE boxed. If you are worried about damage during shipping, I would say there is no need to be concerned. This is the best price available after doing a lot of research and comparing price and shipping from other websites. The acrylic is very thick and very good quality and should last a long time with care. I would not recommend letting children pick up the carrier and take a chance on dropping it on a hard surface floor. The case is very handsome and makes a great display case to show off your chips. If you are looking for an attractive way to store and transport your chips, I don't think you will be disappointed.
The chips are as described- high quality, heavy clay. They are in good condition and pleasing. The dice and cards that come with the case are very poor quality and of poor workman ship (paint dripped between the dots on the faces of the dice, etc) and best replaced with your own sets- BUT you're buying the set for the chips and not the accessories so not a big deal. My biggest gripe is that the case was scratched and dented in an area- though the packaging it was shipped in was not. So at some point in time the case was dropped and then put into new packaging that was damage free. Not very professional on the origin company's part.
I bought a set of 500 All-In Chips a number of years ago, but found that sometimes 500 wasn't enough. I went online to buy more, but found the company had gone out of business and I couldn't find these chips anywhere. I have been looking for several years now for chips to replace my initial 500 because I didn't want to "mix and match" my chips. How happy was I to randomly find this offer through a Google search. I immediately bought this set of 500 and recommend that, if you are a serious poker player and get annoyed with cheap feeling chips, that you do the same. These chips are the "real deal" - no brass insert in the middle to add weight, no counter movement inside the chip when an insert loosens and slides around in the center gap when doing tricks or stacking. I haven't had a game where I haven't received at least one compliment on the look and feel of these chips. I wish I knew why the company isn't around anymore and how this seller got hold of unused All-In chips!
