Start with 10 to 15 min a day then add ankle and wrist weights as you build your strength and stamina, you will feel it good cardio work out. Worth the price.
This is a really excellent piece of equipment, the Stamina in Stride Folding Cycle. I have arthritis really bad so can't get out to walk so my Dr. recommended me to get one and this is the one I chose to get my exercise. It really helps me.
