Start with 10 to 15 min a day then add ankle and wrist weights as you build your strength and stamina, you will feel it good cardio work out. Worth the price.
Not hard to put together and Its does give a good cardio work out. Had some issues with pedal screw had to get a replacement screw would not go in. Second set was great. Working good.
This little powerhouse of an exercise machine is awesome! Small enough to keep in the living room and no noise at all so can use it while watching TV/movies. Really works the thighs and if you can keep going the cardio kicks in too. It didn't take long at all to get the balance part down but a chair back until then was an easy helper. I LOVE this dual purpose (standing/sitting), inexpensive exercise machine!
I'm going to be 62 soon and have been working out regularly, I used to have a gym with cardio equipment at my disposal, but recently moved and set up my home workout room with free weights, my bench and squat rack. I also rock climb 2x a week. But I noticed that my cardio was lacking recently due to not having anything available. After considerable research and time, I decided to look at home rower units. After checking many sites, the stamina air rower kept popping up as a great unit and surprisingly inexpensive. I received the unit recently, set it up in about 40 minutes and gave it a try. I'm in excellent shape to begin with but I was winded quickly. Nice! I've been using it in conjunction with my lifting program and I have to say, this unit really helps kick it up as it involves your whole body. Hopefully it will last, but I'm happy with my purchase! Use it or lose it! Great unit.
