Sturdy and easy to move with the front rollers attached. I'm petite, so the seat moved all the way back is uncomfortable on a long ride. The friction element could use a little re-thinking, but this bike is adequate if not your primary/daily source of cardio.
As a personal trainer I am aware of exercise equipment, rowing is one of the top 3 cardio exercises due to the use of a majority of muscles being used, best bang for the buck
I bought this a month ago to add extra cardio to my workouts. So far I like it! It was pretty easy to put together. Easy to use. I like the orbital motion of the arms. You can make the tension easy for a a cardio workout or increase for a muscle working workout.
