Nice short bar
Good quality olympic short bar. Does not come with collars so I ordered some clips which I prefer. Now I can keep a bar on the floor and not have to change out my bench bar all the time. These bars can run over a couple hundred dollars and this bar is not one of those but I didn't want to pay that and this bar is only incrementally different in my opinion. As far as its being noisy, it's not, and if it was I could lube it. Anyhow lifting weights makes noise and I like it.

Bar is a bit rough on the hands but overall a good
The CAP Barbell is a good buy for the money. The only problem we have with the bar is how rough the texture is on the grips. You will have to wear gloves or use tape when using this bar. We are pleased with the item and would recommend it for the price.

Solid and sturdy. It is a perfect size for my mid-size weight bench. 2 inch weights and weight grips fit tightly over the sleeves and has proved great so far.

Bought this bar for my home gym, does exactly what I need it to. It’s alittle rough on the grip but you can tape it up or wear gloves and will be fine. For the price you really can’t beat it.
