This Timberline scope was made to mount low on short action rifle to maintain the agile feel and balance of a short magnum. The scope's profile is quite compact, so Timberlines are in their element anywhere space is in short supply. Generous amounts of eye relief have been designed in to allow the scopes to point quickly and to keep your face well away from the potentially abusive recoil of heavy magnums. A matte finish adds stealth to the equation.

  • Great Value

I asked the store owner in the sporting goods shop a good scope for plinking, but worthy enough for hunting and defense. He handed me the Burris Timberline for my AR 15. A military sniper that works with me said it was a good product.

  • Great scope for airgunners
    Reviewed at http://www.burrisoptics.com/

I use this riflescope for HFT (Hunter Field Target) sport discipline in any weather conditions for 5 years and Timberline never disappoint me. It is great lightweight optic for airgunners due small parallax error and adjustable objective from 7 yards. Better reticle (halfmildot etc.) is the only one thing what I miss.

Nice scope with clear optics and adjustable optics which is very nice. The only thing not so good is that the adjustable optic is hard to turn, feels very tight. Over all very satisfied.....

  • great hunting and medium range target scope
    Reviewed at http://www.burrisoptics.com/

i probably own at least 6 of these scopes now. the first was for a 7 mm rem mag that started with a redfield scope that could not take the recoil. this timberline has held up fine. great image quality, and the scope adjustments work like something i would use in my optics lab. an added and very important feature, whose value is routinely underestimated by new shooters, is the parallax adjustment on a reasonably priced scope. it also works great, and used properly, will tighten groups at ranges longer than 100 yds significantly.

  • Great Scope
    Reviewed at http://www.burrisoptics.com/

It would be easier to say what I don't like about this scope. Which is nothing. I mounted this scope on a 300 Weatherby Mag.. It zero'd In 4 rounds. I love the 1/8 MOA. The clarity is exceptional as all Burris scopes are. I like the short length with the longer eye relief and lighter weight. The ballistic plex is great and does over do it in your field of view. It's just an exceptional scope. And the price is exceptional as well. I own several Burris scopes and they are all great. Burris really builds a product with sportsmen in mind. Thank You Burris!
